Please allow 4-6 days for your item to be returned to Khloe London.,once we receive you will receive a confirmation email letting you know its been safely returned and is currently being processed.
How can I exchange an item?
Due to items being handmade, exchanges are happily accepted based on current inventory. email us at, email@example.com prior to sending back to inquire your exchange request and we will do our best to accommodate you.
I received a defected or damaged item, what do I do?
All pieces are carefully inspected prior to shipping. If you feel you still received a faulty piece, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and specifics to your concern and we will get back to you asap.
How long do I have to return an item?
You have ten days from received delivery date to return any item. Any items returned after the ten day period, up to 30 days will be eligible to receive a credit. No refunds or exchanges will be made after 30 days from delivery date.
I ordered outside of the USA, can I return or exchange my item?
Unfortunately, all product shipped outside of the United States will not be eligible for a refund, credit or exchange. If you feel a faulty item was received, please e-mail us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Does my package need to be signed for?
Nope, we all know you have busy lives and you may not be able to be home when package is delivered. If you have any concerns, special requests can be made when placing order or emailed directly. (All requests will be taken into consideration, not guaranteed.)
The item I wanted is out of stock, when will it be back?
We understand how frustrating it can be to want something and not have it available. We try to always have stock available to you, but occasionally due to unexpected purchases we do sell out. Email us directly to find out when the item will be back in stock.

What parcel service do you use?
For Domestic orders, we use USPS offering a flat rate of $7.00. Orders over $120 ship for free! For international orders, FedEx or UPS will be used, pricing varying per destination. (Free shipping not valid for international orders)
