Exchanges & Returns

Return Policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with every piece purchased! Being each piece is handmade, returns will be accepted within 10 days of recipients confirmed delivery date. Keep in mind, all items must be unworn, sent back in its original packaging, and with the original invoice. Get in touch with us at to organize this for you prior to sending back.

Any items returned after the 10 day period, up to 30 days will be eligible to receive a credit. No refunds or exchanges will be made after 30 days from delivery date.

International Returns:

Unfortunately, all product shipped outside of the United States will not be eligible for a refund, credit or exchange.


Exchanges are happily accepted, based on stock availability. Contact us at prior to returning the merchandise. All exchanges must be unworn and sent back in its original packaging. Recipient is responsible for return shipping cost.

Each piece is carefully inspected prior to shipping. If you feel you have received a faulty or defective piece, don’t fret; reach out to us by emailing to let us know. Just make sure you include your order # to assure our quickest response to your concerns.

NOTE: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note: credit card refunds may take up to several business days for your bank to post credit.

All sales are final on discounted or marked down merchandise. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted.
